Reached the venue at 1.P.m. We all adjusted overselves in a big hall.One member from IBPS came & said today is the last interview in ranchi. So ap sab me kch baat hai jo lakhs of candidate ko piche leave krke yha tk aye ho, & ap mese hi kalko P.O nd unme se hi Bank ke CMD banoge. all the best to all of you . We all wished Thanku sir.
My turn came around 5.20 P.M

ME- My name is Maumeeta roy,….(explained including my family background too ) & said thanku sir.
M3- So your father is Engineer in L&T?
Me- No sir, he is senior accounts manager .
M1-( He was going through my documents ) so by this time apko bank m hona chahye tha. M telling very frankly.
Me- Yes sir, i have tried my best & this tym definitely i will sir.
M1- So ap kb s interview de rhi ho?
ME-sir 2010 se & ye 6th interview hai sir .
M1 & M2- wat ? apki graduation kb complete hui?
ME- sir 2013 me.
M1- so aap 2010 s kase IW de rhi ho?
Me- sir , clerical pehle 2010-2012 tk 12th basis p selection hoti thi, then 2012 se it was changed to graduation .
M2- So apnea coaching join ki? nd kha s pdhte ho ap?
Me- sir self prepartion & online test papers.
(Meanwhile M2 asked my last year wriiten marks and interview marks. nd this year attempts & how much m expecting)
M3- You r from commerce , Is Bank a commercial organisation?
ME- SIR, bank is a commercial organisation & includes financial , cost & mgt. too
M3- Do bank run only for profit motive?
Me- sir Bank work for profit motive with fulfillment of social objective too.
M3- Kaise explain?
Me- SIR, jase govt. ki schemes ki benefit direct consumers ko provide krna, lyk DBT for PAHAL & DBT for kerosene which will start from 1.4.16. taki bich me koi intermediaries nh ake subsidy benefit consumers ko mile jinka bank account hai.
M2- GIVE IT UP bhi start hui hai.. too SUBSIDY k fayda kya hua?
Me- SIR ap bilkul sahi ho 14.62 cr family have joined LPG but most of them are not giving it up because most of the population are middle class families they have to pay other taxes too so most of them doesnt prefer to give subsidy (pta nh maine kya kya bol dia :P)
M3- hmm. ok, How many sectors in PSL? and bank contributions towards PSL & AGRICULTURE?
me- SIR, agriculture, micro & small enterprises, education, housing ( i forgot 2 🙁 ), i told sorry sir i cant recall it ryt now . 40% & 18%
M3- Very good , 2 are export credit & others
M3- Kalko apko Loan Dept. m Posting milti hai & koi corporate sector aaye to ap uski kis financial position ko dekh k loan dgyga?
Me- sir, PROFIT & LOSS A/C & BALANCE SHEET.
M3- AND??
Me- (yaad h nh a rh tha,,hmm) sorry sir.
M3- projected Balance sheet ko dekh kr
Me- Thanku sir for helping me out.
M3- Ratios pdha apne?
ME- Han jee sir.
M3- Financial position ratios & ideal ratio bhi btayeye.
Me- Current ratio, Liquid ratio, debt equity ratio ( & i forgot the most imp 1 )
M3- Most imp one u forgot its DEBT SERVICE COVERAGE RATIO.
