Avoid Bulk Learning
This is not the time to cram up your brain with full syllabus. Concentrate on the basics of each topic and keep on reading it, without taking much stress. For example, learning vocabulary is something that is not to be done at the last moment. Also, learning new concepts or topics at the last moment should be avoided. Prefer reading notes which you have already made and practise high end questions on the same.
Solve Time-based Mock Tests
Practising mocks help build confidence to face the real exam and also get habituated to the layout of the exam. The familiarity with the layout saves time, which can be utilised to attempt more questions. Oliveboard Mock Tests are specially designed for you, with the real-exam layout and are time based with quality content.
Analyse your Mistakes and work on them
After attempting the Oliveboard mock tests you will be presented with detailed analysis of each question. You can use this as a revision. The mock test results will also specify your weak areas, which will help you to analyse and rectify them.
Read Journals, Magazines and Newspapers.
Reading on a day to day basis will not only keep you in the flow but also improve your speed in the actual exam. It works as a cumulative study and will help you while solving Reading Comprehension as well. It acts as a plus for your mains exams too.
These last-minute tips will help you build confidence and score well in the verbal ability section. We hope you implement them and ace the exam.
All the best!
