EPFO Assistant Selection Process:
Selection Procedure for EPFO Assistant 2019 consist of two phases,
- Phase-I (Preliminary Examination)
- Phase – II (Mains Examination)

- Preliminary examination of EPFO Assistant 2019 consist of individual sectional timing
- Negative marks will be deducted for the wrong answers
- 1/4th of the marks will be reduced for each wrong answers.
- Candidates will be shortlisted for EPFO Assistant Mains exam in a ratio of 1:10 i.e. based on the prelims exam performance, about 10 times of the number of vacancies in each category will be shortlisted for Mains examination (Phase-II).
- Both Sectional & Over All Cut-offs will be applicable for Mains Examination.

- Marks scored in Mains Examination will be considered for the final selection.
- Negative Marks will be applicable as mentioned above for prelims examination.
- After completion of the Mains exam (Phase-II), descriptive paper will be conducted immediately and mode of exam will be completely online.
- Questions for descriptive paper will be displayed on the screen and applicants should type the answers.
