Hello and welcome to ExamPundit. We took a Pre-Exam Survey for SBI PO Prelims. So here are the Data we collected and it will be very helpful for you too. We received over 1200+ Surveys (Individual).

1. Weak Zone: In the poll, 54.6% people said they have English as WEAK ZONE. 42.1% said Quantitative Aptitude is the toughest. Only 3.3% said Reasoning is the weak zone.
So people having a strong Quantitative/English will have more advantage. And people weak in those subjects will have to arrange them in between the easy and strong ones.

2. Cut-off – DO NOT DEPEND ON IT: 14.9% said that they will be giving SBI PO as the first bank exam and out of the only 9%(out of total 14.9%) depends on Cut-off.
43.28% people said that they have given 3+ Exams(Bank PO) and Did not Clear any of them. Out of 43.28%, 98.66% people said they DEPEND ON CUT-off and they never Cleared any Exam.

So our point is, depending on cut-offs will make your mind think low and work low. You will subconsciously target the lowest marks. You cannot decide or predict cut-off. So it is better to completely forget about it.
