Step IV: print 12 fellow 24 complete 54 engine 13 11 umbrella italian 5.
Step V: print 12 fellow 24 complete 54 engine 13 italian 11 umbrella 5.

Solutions:

The machine rearranges one word and one number in each step. First it rearranges words starting with a consonant in reverse alphabetical order, and then it rearranges words starting with a vowel in alphabetical order. For numbers, it first rearranges composite numbers in ascending order, then prime number in descending order.
