Date 27-12-17 Venue - MBGB Head office, Patna (Bihar) Time 1:pm Panel -1 After documents verification my time came around 3:30 pm.. After knocking the door I have taken permission to enter.. then wished all of them starting from Mam There were 4 members (3M + 1F) left to right... M2:- Apne baare me batao kuch Ans:- answered F1 :- Kya padh k aaye ho Ans :- mam basic banking, thoda bht apna academic, newspaper F1 :- what is psychology ? (My honours paper) Ans:- psychology is the science in which we learn how to study the mind of a particular person. M1:- Asked same question in Hindi And:- sir, manovigyan ek waisi science h jisme Mann ki virity ka study Kiya jata h.. F1:- (asked crossed Questions) to tum pdh skte ho Ans:- Maine ab tk Jo v pdha h uske madhym se kisi ki neend ko smjh skta hu... Kisi see kuch der tk baat KR k uske nature ko read KR skta hu.. F1 :- (aksed crossed Questions again) batao mujh me Kya problem h Av Ans:- mam aapko koi problem ni aap bilkul perfect ho or fit v (smiled) She said beta mere sar me 2 din se drd h F1:-( asked again) batao ye sir ki Kya need h av Ans:- Mam, Sir ko ek banker ki talaash h eslye ye Interview le rhe h.. F1:- accha to thk h hum aapko hi kyu le And:- mam Mai recruitment process k saare eligibility ko fulfill krta hu, or av tk Maine har kaam me apna 100% dene ka koshis Kiya hu or aapko viswas dilata hu ki agr mujhe ye sunhara awsar Diya jata h to Mai bank k har work me 100% dene ka koshis krunga F1 :- bank k lye Kya kroge Ans :- Mai wha v 100% dunga or Jo v responsibility mujhe di jayegi use pura krne ki Puri koshis hogi.. jis Branch me posting hogi... Koshis krunga wo branch chahe wo rural ho ya urban jo v ho Mera branch aadarsh branch bne, Saare staff customer friendly ho.. M2 :- banking jaante ho kuch Ans :- thodi basic banking janta hu sir M2 :- Repo rate or Reverse Repo Rate me jyada kaun hota h Ans :- Repo Rate jyada hota h M2 :- kyu jyada hota h Ans :- Sir, jb Repo Rate ki baat ki jaate to wo eslye jyada hota kyu ki Us pr central bank of India certain rate of interest charge krti h commercial bank pr.. regulator hone k kaaran RBI ko ye right h ki RR jyada ho campare to RRR Jo ki commercial bank charge krti h RBI k upr.. F1 :- Depreciation Kya hota h (PTA ni Kya chah rhi thi mostly Questions mam hi pucchi sayad Mera chehra pasand ni aaya hoga) Ans :- Mam Esme kisi item k price me girawat aati h F1 ;- kitni girawat aati h.. ek bottle Tha whi pr use dikha KR ye Kal 10 me kharidi thi Mai zero me de du kisi ko Ans :- answered but she didn't satisfy.. ( I knew it but due to confusion Mai smja ni paya) Some more situational Questions also aksed.... At last M3 given a big smile n said thank you VIKASH.. I stand up and again wished them... B Interview went around 8-10 minutes.. Umeed lgana chor di Maine... Ab srf mehnat pr bharosa h. (Due to number of interview and rejection in final list) Ho gya selection to accha h Ni hua to or v accha Kyu ki jb selection hota h to Do logo ki marzi hoti h...
