Hello and welcome to ExamPundit. IBPS has finally launched Online Grievance System which will help students to submit any grievance related to the exams.
In the notice they said:
All the candidates and constituents are hereby informed that IBPS has decided to launch online mechanism for lodging and redressal of grievance with effect from 1st July 2015 in connection with Common Recruitment Process undertaken by IBPS. If any candidate intends to register any grievance, he/she may click on the link under the heading “Candidate Grievance Lodging and Redressal Mechanism” on IBPS official website i.e. www.ibps.in . All replies on the grievances lodged shall be given at the registered email address within a reasonable time of registering the grievances. In view of the creation of online candidate grievance lodging and redressal mechanism on IBPS official website from 1.7.2015, no grievance lodged/made through other modes of communication with regard to Common Recruitment Process will be entertained.
