Solutions:

1. No. of TVs sold = 60% of 7200 = 4320
So, production cost = 4320 × 8000
So, Net profit = (4320 x 8000) x 20/100  = Rs 69.12 lakhs.

2. Total sold2012 = 50% of 6500 = 3250
Total sold2013 = 48% of 7500 = 3600
So, % increase = 3600 - 3250/3250 x 100 = 10.769%

3.  Total produced = 42700,
Total sold = 26464, Diff = 16236

4. Profit(2013) =  8400 x 74/100 x 7000 x 20/100 = Rs 87.024 lakh
Profit(2012) = 7500 x 40/100 x 7200 x 15/100 = Rs 32.4 lakh
So, Difference = 87.024 - 32.4 = 54.624

5. Dprofit(2012) = 8000 x 80/100 x 6400 x 25/100
Eprofit(2013) = 4800 x 60/100 x 6400 x 26/100
So, Ratio = 6400 x 64 x 25/48 x 60 x 64 x 26

= 250/117
