According to the notification, they stated:

Which we interpret that Either Graduation or Post Graduation with 60% is required for the post of OICL AO Generalist.

You can check the recruitment notification in Page 3, Under Educational Qualification, "Engineer(Automobile)" section, similar have already been mentioned "Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in engineering(4 or 5 Years) with automobile engineering as a subject, with 55% for SC/ST and 60% for Others from a recognized University".


It is NOT that You must have 60% in both PG & UG. They simply require either PG or UG with 60%.
