Puzzle 1:

Seven persons Ashish; Mahima,
Nitish. Kartik, Sanya, Sunaina and Tamnima are sitting around a circular table
facing either the c entre or outside. Each one of them is from a different c
ity viz. Delhi, Mumbai: Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Lucknow but not
necessarily in the same order. Nitish sits third to the right of Tamnima.
Tamnima faces the centre. Only one person sits between Nitish and the person
from Pune. Immediate neighbours of Nitish face outside. Only one person sits
between Sunaina and Kartik. Both Sunaina and Kartik face the centre.. Kartik is
not from Pune. Ashish is from Hyderabad. Ashish faces the centre. Two people
sit between the persons from Hyderabad and Mumbai. The person who is from
Kolkata sits to the immediate left of Sanya. Nitish faces in the same direction
as Sanya. The person who is from Bangalore sits to the immediate left of the
person from Lucknow.

Puzzle 2:

Eight persons Asma: Balwant:
Chirag. Diya: Ellie: Farhan. Gourav and Harry are sitting around a circular table
not necessarily in the same order. Three of them are facing outward while five
of them are facing towards the centre. There are equal number of people in the group
who like tea and coffee. Chirag is facing the centre. Ellie is sitting third to
the right of Chirag. Farhan is sitting third to the left of Ellie. Three
persons are sitting between Farhan and Balwant. The immediate neighbors of
Balwant like coffee. Gourav is sitting third to the right of Farhan. Diva is
sitting third to the right of Asma. Asma is not an immediate neighbor of Ellie.
The immediate neighbors of Ellie like tea and are facing the centre. The
immediate neighbors of Diva like coffee and are facing outside. The one sitting
third to the left of Balwant likes tea. Nobody liking coffee is an immediate
neighbor of Gourav.
