Solutions:
1.a+b-ab=5+7-(5*7)=12-35=-23

2.number of even numbers in 1-600=300
Sum of 1st n even numbers=n(n+1)=300*301=90300

3. Sum of 1st n odd numbers=n2
=512-102=2501

4.lcm of 4 and 3=12
Number of numbers divisible is the quotient on dividing 200/12=16

5.37800=23x33x52x71
So the indices are 3,3,2,1
Now increase all indices by 1 and den their product will give the number of divisors
So total number of divisors=(3+1)x(3+1)x(2+1)x(1+1)=4x4x3x2=96(including the number itself and unity)
Our answer excluding unity=96-1=95

6.hcf of 38-2  ,  45-3,  52-4 i.e- 36,42,48= 6
Answer=6

7.10,000-(lcm of 32,36,48,54)=10000-864=9136
8.52-33=78-59=117-98=19
Lcm of 52,78,117=468
Answer=468-19=449

9.when 2 numbers after being divided by a 3rd number leave same reminder, the difference of those numbers must be divided by 3rd number
607-451=156
If we look at all the factors of 156 then the only 3 digit factor is 156 itself hence answer=156

10-unit place in 72959 =9
Unit place in 9843=2
Hence answer =8
