Handwritten Declaration for SBI PO 2021
At the time of applying online for SBI PO 2021, candidates must keep ready with the scanned copy (digital image) of his/her photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression and hand-written declaration as per the specifications given below.
The text for the handwritten declaration is as follows –
“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), _______ (Date of Birth) hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph and left thumb impression is of mine.”
Left-hand Thumb Impressions:
If a candidate is not having left-hand thumb, he/she may use his/her right-hand thumb for applying.
Important points about Handwritten Declaration for SBI PO 2021:
- The applicant has to write the declaration in English clearly on a white paper with black ink.
- File Type: jpg/jpeg
- Dimension: 800×400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 10cm x 5cm (width x height).
- File size: 50kb – 100kb
- Hand-written Declaration in CAPITAL LETTERS shall not be accepted.
The above-mentioned hand written declaration has to be in the candidate’s hand writing and in English only. If it is written by anybody else or in any other language, the application will be considered invalid.
