Format – The written test of WBSEDCL Office Executive 2015 will be having a total 5 parts of questions.
As per the Notification
the examination will have Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, English, General Awareness, Data Interpretation and Analysis and Computer Awareness.
Each section will have 20 marks and total of 120 marks.
The cut-off marks for WBSEDCL Office Executive 2015 Exams are :
1. UR/OBC – 42 Marks
2. SC – 36 Marks
3. ST – 30 Marks
4. PH – 36 Marks
Note: This is as per Notification.
Last Year’s cut-off will be posted after 2-3 days.
There is NO NEGATIVE MARKING.
What to study? – For reasoning you need to do all the verbal and non verbal type questions. The standard of the questions will fall somewhere between SBI Clerk and IBPS Clerk. The English language will consist easy to moderate level of questions. Numerical Aptitude will not have Algebra Questions and the Data Interpretation and Analysis is expected to be moderate level.

Computer Awareness will consist only MS Office questions. Questions related to MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Shortcuts. No need to go through products like Lync, Infopath, Publisher and etc. Just stick to the questions from MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and their shot-cuts and Basic Questions on MS Office.
