Documents needed:
- Photo ID proof
- Academic Certificates
- 10th/12th Certificate
- 10/12/Birth Certificate for Age proof
- Mark Sheets of All the courses including Any Professional Course
- Caste Certificate(If SC/ST/OBC)
These shall be Self Attested and attached Along with the instruction sheet.
Also you must carry the original certificates.
The enclosed OBC Certificate is the Format one must have after 3/4/14 if He or she is NON CREAM LAYER.
Also you need all the Documents copy attested by Gazetted officer.
The Self Attested only need to be attached with the Instruction Sheet, also you must fill up the Data Sheet.
