Upcoming Bank Recruitment 2020: Dear aspirants, right now we are in the end of the year 2019. From the recruitments of 2019 few exams will be conducted in due course such as IBPS Clerk Mains and IBPS SO. Except this no recruitment exam is pending for this year. Candidates those who are not appearing for IBPS clerk and SO exams have to concentrate on the forthcoming exams of 2020 recruitments. Forthcoming Banking and Insurance Exams in 2020
First we are expecting RBI Assistant recruitment; the official notification will be released soon. So aspirants will start the year 2020 with RBI assistant preparation. Another most expected recruitment for the year 2020 is SBI PO. The official recruitment notification may release in March/ April. Aspirants can make their selves prepare for SBI PO 2020. This here is 80% chance for SBI Clerk recruitment and it may come in the mid of the year 2020. On the other side IBPS will release all recruitment notification such as IBPS RRB, IBPS PO, SO and Clerk after mid of 2020.
Common Eligibility Test (CET)
At this time many candidates have the question in their mind, that if there any changes in exam pattern. Aspirants do not afraid about the exam pattern, the same exam pattern will continue for upcoming exam itself. Another doubt is whether CET (Common Eligibility Test) will come into force or not. The thing is that CET is under considered not implement till now. For next year 2020 CET will not be come into force, it will take some more time for consideration and implementation. So aspirants try to make their preparation based on as usual exam pattern for the respective recruitment examinations.
IBPS will release the annual calendar on mid of January 2020. IBPS will follow the calendar for release of recruitment notification and examination. So the year 2020 start with RBI Assistant, then SBI PO and probably SBI Clerk, then IBPS RRB and IBPS PO, SO and Clerk. If we come to insurance sector, there is no annual based examination. LIC Assistant was come after 10 year in 2019 and AAO also not a yearly recruitment. So no one can predict the insurance sector recruitments.
So lots of bank recruitments will release from the month of January 2020. For that candidates can start their preparation before notification gets released. At this time, most of the bank are not yet decided the vacancies that they are going to recruit in the year 2020. Usually the upcoming vacancies of public sector banks depend on three aspects. The aspects are yearly retirements, percentage of retirement vacancies must have to be replaced by bank, and economic growth. The reason is new financial plans will be executed by the banks purely by their economic growth itself. For the year 2020 also these are all the factors, which vacancies depends on. From these assumptions, from all public sector banks 65,000 employees will get retirement in the year 2020.
According to previous year vacancies decided, the banks will go for 60% of replacement. By the replacement factor, 39,000 vacancies will be released for new recruitment process. Due to merging of public sector banks, around 12000 vacancies will be reduced from the vacancieswhich makes the number into 27, 000 vacancies. From these conclusions, 2020 banks will have the recruitments for the total vacancies of 27000 to 30000 vacancies including IBPS and SBI vacancies.
IBPS & SBI Recruitment 2020
From the total 30, 000 vacancies 8000 to 10000 vacancies will be for SBI PO and SBI Clerk. The balance vacancies will be for IBPS PO, SO and IBPS Clerk recruitments. The number of vacancies may change based on the economic status of the country and decision made by the management of banks. Here we have given the approximate number of vacancies in 2020, so candidates can start their preparation for upcoming examinations.
