LIC AAO Salary Structure & Basic Pay:
Life Insurance Corporation of India offers attractive salary packages along with many allowances & perks to the candidates selected as LIC AAO. The basic pay of a LIC AAO is Rs. 32795/- per month on the scale of Rs. 32795 – 1610(14) – 55335 – 1745(4) – 62315 and other perks and allowances will be included. The gross salary of a LIC AAO is approximately Rs 57,000/- per month in an ‘A’ Class city.
Selection Procedure:
The Selection Process of LIC AAO Notification 2023 consists of three phases,
Phase-1: Online Preliminary Examination
Phase-2: Online Mains Examination.
Phase-3: Interview round
