Interview & GD Experience – BOB Manipal 2017

Hello and welcome to exampundit. Here is an Interview Experience shared by our follower “V@Pandey” of BOB Manipal 2017.

Bob experience…..gd/pi
Reporting Time is 2:00 pm
I have reached at 2:20 (due to heavy raining)

First entered into auditorium hall…. Then Biometric have done successfully

First they verified first 1-10th candidate’s document… Then their gd time came, after completing their gd… 11-20th candidate’s document verification has started … In this way my document verification has done at 4:30 pm.

Panel 1 ( 4M + 1F)

Rule – they judge candidate’s ability on 4 parameters.( One of the panel members said before starting the gd)
1 communication skill
2 Leader ship skill
3 General knowledge about the given topic
4 (bhul gya )
GD topic – internet content should be censored or not ?
My view is it should be censored….
Suru me Ek ek krke sbko wqt Diya gya so, After tabling all candidate’s view…. Open Discussion is started like a fish market
At last conclusion is being derived in censored favor….

Me- sir, repo me jb repurchase agreement k anusar rbi se koi commercial bank short term k lye loan leti h to unhe Collateral rakhne ki jrurt hoti h jisme wo SLR ka use ni KR skte… Lekin MSF me wo total ndtl ka 0.75% use KR skte h

Jyada umeed ni h result ko lekar(due to less attempt) but GD ka first experience Tha ye accha lga bus…

Conclusion ( jitna GD ko lekar dar Tha really me utna hard ni hota h ye ho skta mere SBI me kuch kaam aaye ye experience..
koi student agr English ni bol skta acche se to eska ye Matlab ni ki uska gd accha ni hoga … It’s only myth agr uske pass knowledge h us topics se related or collection of words h… Then definitely it will play vital role in his/her GD… So, Hindi medium wale v jyada tension na le….. Bus topic ka knowledge rakhe or Jo bole Shi bole or bilingual ka use v KR skte h.. if u r not comfortable in English…

My English is not too good…. So, if I did any mistake in my above writing then sorry for that.
