Interview Experience – SBI Associates Clerk 2015 – Jaipur

I am “spider” and i am sharing my interview
experience 

Venue- SBI Guest House, Jaipur

Time- 9:00 am

Date and Panel- 18th may 2015 and III

Document verification was very very strictly done. They were
using magnifying glass for matching sign and Thumb impression. They were also
asking like” Paper tune hi diya tha kya, Tera paper kab tha, Paper kaha
tha” etc etc.

Interview panel consist 4 members (3 M and 1 F)

I greeted them and they permitted me to have a seat. My
interview was in Hindi but i also used English for their questions asked in
English. 

Interview begins with some formal talks.Five or Six
questions were asked from Bio-data form.  suddenly one person asked
“Kya padh k aaye ho?”. I replied ‘everything regarding Banking’. He
smartly said,”Banking to hum sikha denge selection hone k baad. Chalo
Economics se batao kuch.”

Then i was like, “Oh my god! Ab to m Gaya”

Question was fired
one after another and i replied almost all of them.

1. Indian Economy k baare mai aapka kya vichaar h ?

2. Abhi child labour mai kuch news aai thi. Kya news thi wo?

3. Rajasthan mai bhi child labour k regarding kuch hua tha 6
mahine pahle. kya hua tha ?

4. Ye GDP kya hoti h? 

5. Aapne bataya sabse jyada contribution GDP mai Service
Sector ka h. Service Sector mai bhi Sabse jyada kis field ka h. Kuch explain
karo uske baare mai.

6. Ye digital india kya h? Iski kya jarrorat h rural area
mai, Padhe likhe log to hum h, hame hi computer education de dene chahiye.
Sabko kya jaroorat h?

7.Agriculture field ka kuch knowlege h kya?

8. Agriculture field mai GDP % kam ho rahi h. Iska kya
reason h? Isko kaise badha sakte h?

9. Green houses k baare m kuch jaantey ho kya. Ye kya hota
h?

10. Kabhi Online shopping kari h kya?

11. Online shopping ko log kyu prefer kar rahe h aajkal?

12. E-commerce jaisa kuch aap bank mai bhi kar sakte ho kya?

The interview gone for around 15 min as told by a candidate
waiting outside for his turn. 

Moral: Jo aapko nahi aata wo hi poochenge.
