Interview Experience – IBPS RRB OS-I – Himachal Pradesh

Venue: Hotel Park View, Mandi

Timing : 01:00 PM

Document verification was followed by filling of a Language
Proficiency Sheet where we had to fill our personal details like name, roll
number, venue, time of interview and languages. This was followed by some blank
lines where you had to express yourself in the languages you mentioned above.
There is no condition you can write anything. This is basically to test your
“Write” aspect of the language. 

This was followed by an hour long wait as they were having
lunch. Let me get to the point. The interview started at 03:00 pm and
was over by 03:10 pm

A bell rang and i entered with a big smile, everyone smiled
back at me. There were 6 panel members 1 female and 5 male (4 above 45 and one
was below 30).

The senior most member M1 asked me so tell us something
about urself

I: answered

M1: so kya kya padha hai inetrview k liye

I: sir thoda sa gk, thoda sa current affairs aur kuch ek
banking terms

With a big smile he said sab thoda thoda he padha hai kya
and all started laughing.

meri b battisi bahar a gayi

acha apne ye JAM k bare main suna hai kya

I explained that hamare pradhan mantri g ne ye term USA mai
Indians ko address kia tha tab btayi thi aur iska matlab hai Jan Dhan Yojana,
Aadhar UID and Mobile governance.

M1: ok explain

I explained all well.

Then M2: ye digital India kya hai

I: Govt of India ka initiative hai so that jo services hai
wo logo ko electronically provide ki jaaye

M2: acha ap kaise provide karoge kisi gaon mai jinko mobile
chalana b nahi ata

I: sir ye mushkil hai but namumkin nahi. Hum awareness
programmes kar sakte hain waha ki local languages mai.

M2: agar wo nahi to?

I: Sir hum ye initiative unke bacchon k through aage badha
sakte hai. hum unke bacho ko padhayege aur wo aage unko

I then heard a good J

M3: Atal Pension Yojana

I: answered

M5: what is the difference between insurance and pension?

I: explained

M1: digital india ka gaon mai kya faida hai. wo kaise karege
use aur kya zarurat hain unko. kahi kahi to bijli ka bill b maaf hota hai.

I explained it to him but this took time as he was not
satisfied

The female didnt ask any question

Thats all! They looked satisfied or i think they pretended
it well. Fingers crossed
