About IDBI Recruitment 2022 – Assistant Manager Notification:
The Candidates who were about to join IDBI Bank as Assistant Manager post must attend training of Banking and Finance. For this training, the Bank has an arrangement with Manipal Global Education Services Private Limited (Manipal), Bengaluru and Nitte Education International Private Limited (Nitte), Greater Noida to provide training in Banking and Finance to prospective candidates aspiring to join the Bank as Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’. This is 1 year PG-Diploma course in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) which has 9 months of Classroom education and 3 months of internship at any of the IDBI Bank’s Branch.
Educational Qualification – IDBI Bank Recruitment 2022:
Candidates should complete any graduation from the recognized university. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria. The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheets (year/semester wise or consolidated) and Degree/ Provisional Degree Certificate issued by the University showing that he/ she is a graduate as on April 01, 2022 before registration. Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge of computer is mandatory

Selection Process for IDBI Recruitment 2022:
The Selection process for IDBI Assistant Manager 2022 consists of two phases, Online Examination and Personal Interview. Candidates cleared the online examination will be called for personal interview. Followed by that they will be called for PGDBF course, once completing the course, candidates will be placed at any of the IDBI Bank’s Branches.

Penalty for Wrong Answers – For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
