IBPS RRB 2023 Notification : Eligibility Criteria
(I) Nationality/Citizenship :
A candidate must be either –
(i) a Citizen of India or
(ii) a subject of Nepal or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan or
(iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
(v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from any other countries ( i.e Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam ) with the intention of permanently settling in India.
(II) Age : (As on 01.06.2023)
Senior Manager – Officer Scale- III- Above 21 years – Below 40 years
Manager – For Officer Scale- II – Above 21 years – Below 32 years
Assistant Manager – For Officer Scale- I – Above 18 years – Below 30 years
Multipurpose – For Office Assistant – Between 18 years and 28 years
The maximum age limit specified above is applicable to General Category candidates only. For other categories the following relaxations would apply :

Selection Process – IBPS RRB 2023 Notification
For IBPS RRB Office Assistant, there is no Interview. It will be conducted in two phases. Interviews will be conducted for Scale-I/II/III Examinations.

PENALTY FOR WRONG ANSWERS (APPLICABLE TO ALL – PRELIMINARY, MAIN AND SINGLE LEVEL EXAMINATIONS) : In IBPS RRB 2023 Examination, there will be penalty for each wrong answer. It will be one fourth of the mark assigned to that question.
IBPS RRB 2023 Notification : CUTOFF SCORE
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – In IBPS RRB Office Assistant Examination, marks obtained in the Mains Examination will be considered for final selection.
For Officers Scale I – In IBPS RRB PO Examination, each candidate will have to score minimum qualifying marks in each test of Preliminary and Mains Examination. However, marks obtained in the Mains Examination will be considered for Final Selection.
For Officers Scale II and III – In IBPS RRB OS -II and Scale-III Examination, each candidate will have to score minimum qualifying marks in each test of Preliminary and Mains Examination. However, marks obtained in the Mains Examination will be considered for Final Selection.
(III) Interview :
Interview will be conducted for IBPS RRB Officer I/II/III Posts. Total Marks for Interview is 100.
