(i) Basic Details – Always keep a basic details of yours saved in a PDF so you can check it while filling up. Most of the people put wrong name and face horrendous situation after that. So it is solely your responsibility to give Exact Name and Information according to your Govt Approved Certificates/Pan Card etc.
(ii) Photograph and Signature – Keep your Photograph and Signature ready always. People usually don’t face trouble but most common problem is not able to upload it. So make sure you have allowed the website to make a Pop-Up while trying to upload the Signature and Photograph.
(iii) Payment – (Online) – When you will be paying the application Fee online then you can face many problems. Error in transaction, multiple failed payment and etc etc. The best way to Pay Application Fee Online is to use Net-Banking method. Don’t prefer Debit Card as most of the failed payments are from Debit/Credit Cards.
(i) Payment Receipt – Make sure you have saved the Payment Receipt. Save it as PDF in Google Chrome (Easiest Way).
How to save as PDF in Chrome:
Ctrl+P will go for Print Preview in Chrome, Change the DESITNATION to SAVE AS PDF.
(ii) Application Print-Out – This has been the most common issue among all the aspirants. You should be responsible of what you are doing. You are applying for a Job which will decide your career, family and etc. You should never ever be careless. Always Take A PDF and Save it. You can print it later but you have to save it.
Here comes the MOST IMPORTANT PART of this Article. Keeping a Back-Up. After saving everything, what if your hard disk, or otg crashes? Well we lost our Data in February, why take a risk then?
Use GOOGLE DRIVE. Its free, ad free and you can access through your cell phone, cyber cafe 24×7.
