Exam Review – SBI PO Prelims 27 June 2015 – All Shifts

Hello and welcome to ExamPunditSo today was 3rd Day of SBI PO Prelims 2015. We
received a little less number of reviews than last week. Still it’s quite
better!

Overall the exams (today’s shifts) were NOT EASY as it seemed. The only fact
that helped the students to attempt little more was, they knew about the
question pattern which was not known on the first day.
Quantitative
Aptitude:
Quantitative Aptitude was Moderate for
most of the students. Although Quadratic Equations, Simplifications and One of
the two DIs was easier. On the other hand some students felt the Number Series
on the higher note in the 2nd and the 3rd shift. The DIs were
based on Line, Bar, Table and some of them was a little tougher. Arithmetic
Questions was similar to the previous days. There were questions from all the
chapters which occurred in the 20-21 June shifts.
Overall Quantitative Aptitude was Moderate but it was easy
to attempt because of the known pattern.
Reasoning:
Reasoning was Mainly Easy to Moderate for most of the students
throughout the day. Although Puzzle and Seating Arrangements did put a smile on
most of the faces. Syllogisms was rated as Easy to Tricky on the other hand,
inequality questions was reviewed as very easy. Overall Reasoning was quite
satisfying part for a large number of students.
English:
Although Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning was on the moderate side,
English was reported as Easy-Moderate-Tough throughout. Some reported Easy, a
lot of people said Moderate and some(quite a number) said it was TOUGH. Comprehensions
were based on Global Issues. Cloze Test, was reportedly easy but 2 of the
shifts had tough and tricky sentence rearrangements which caused a little
trouble for some of the candidates.
Overall the Exam was Moderate if we want to rate. Although
the Average Attempt varied between 58-68, regardless of any shift, categories.
If anyone have exam tomorrow, feel free to comment as we
really have unclear thoughts on tomorrows exam. If you comment, we can give
some expectations about the standard.
