Dear Candidates, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre(BARC) has given a notification for Junior Research Fellow(JRF) with total number of 105 vacancies. BARC offering junior Research fellowships in the areas of physical, chemical and Biological sciences. The Applicants who are eligible and interested can apply via online between 18th December 2020 to 31st March 2021.(Last Date Extended from 15th January 2021).

BARC Junior Research Fellow Educational Qualification 2020:
- Candidates should have minimum of 60% aggregate in B.Sc. and 55% aggregate in M.Sc (Relevant Disciplines). from a recognized University.
- In addition to the above, ONLY those candidates who have appeared and
successfully cleared atleast one of the following qualifying examinations will be
shortlisted for interview at BARC, Mumbai.a. With valid UGC-CSIR-NET Fellowship (SLET/ Lecturership is not eligible)
b. With valid JEST score
c. With valid ICMR-JRF Test, ICAR-JRF Test
d. With valid DBT-JRB Biotechnology Eligibility Test
e. With valid GATE Score 2019/2020 in Physics / Chemistry / Life Sciences / Biotechnology.
BARC Junior Research Fellow Age Limit 2020:
The candidate should be less than 28 years of age as on last date for receipt of application. candidates can note down the below age limit for reserved category candidates.
- For OBC – up to 3 years
- For SC/ST – up to 5 years
- For PWD – up to 10 years
BARC Junior Research Fellow Selection Process 2020:
Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based in the academic performance and score obtained in the Qualifying Examination.
