Yes. It is a huge thing. Preliminary exam makes the overall
recruitment much harder for the aspirants. IBPS RRB does not have any Prelims

in 10th or 12th

Probably the Most Important Reason to go for IBPS RRB IV.
Earlier, many of you knew the language (RWS) still was unable to go for it as
you did not have the language in “10th” or “12th”
standard in your school. That day is gone. IBPS only need the proficiency,
similar as IBPS Clerk. So, if you have language proficiency (RWS) then you are
good to go.
