SBI PO Prelims – 30 April, 2017 – Detailed Exam Review, Average Attempts, Suggestions



Hello and welcome to exampundit. Today was the 2nd day of SBI PO Prelims and here is the detailed review of the examination.

So, we will first do a brief analysis of the examination and
then we will see what kind of questions came and finally we will give average
attempts & ratings with suggestions for 6 April.
So lets get started!!
Exam Analysis –
Similar to yesterday, the overall examination was moderate level. It was NOT EASY. So if you have attempted low, don’t lose HOPE. Now, today also we saw Reasoning played the crucial part in the exam. The puzzles tested one’s ability to manage time and score.

English was comparatively easier than other sections. While quantitative aptitude was slightly moderate, the reasoning was difficult than the other sections.

Attempting big numbers is not the game here. It was all about accuracy and managing the time.

The average attempts throughout the day varied between:
Reasoning
15-19
English
17-22
Quantitative

Recommendations
The main aim for all aspirants appearing on 6th should be not wasting unnecessary time in any section or question. Prelims exam is all about managing time so if you waste those precious seconds on problems you are unable to comprehend.

A clear message to all the aspirants, it does not matter how much did you attempt, or how much someone else did. The result will decide everything. Predicting cut-off or being anxious about the attempts will only hamper your preparation.
