NABARD Assistant Manager Prelims 2015 – Exam Anatomy

Hello and welcome to ExamPundit. So today was NABARD Prelims exam for NABARD Assistant Manager Recruitment. Here is an exam anatomy of NABARD Prelims.

Reasoning

Reasoning had mixed response from the candidates. 60-40 have said it to be moderate-easy. Some reported it to be bit confusing while others said it was easier than expected. On the other hand we did receive some reviews stating “Confusing”. Most confusing reviews for us which stated, Reasoning was “Calculative”. We could not come to any conclusion about that part though. Syllogisms were on the tougher side as reported.

Quantitative Aptitude

Quantitative aptitude was mostly reported as “tough” “calculative” and “lengthy”. A large number of aspirants has reviewed unsatisfactory. Mostly it was moderate all over. The questions were above PO level, said by a few. Although the DI was calculative but not tough as said by aspirants.

General Awareness

General Awareness brought smile for many as the questions were easier than expected. The questions were asked mainly from Finance, Appointments current affairs and Banking Awareness.

Almost 60% of current affairs questions came from our Current Affairs Quizzes.

English and Computer

English and Computer had 30 marks each and both of them was reportedly easier than the reasoning and quantitative aptitude.

The English portion was not very PO level and the computer questions were also easier than expected.

Final Conclusion

After reading the reviews we received today it is clear that the exam was not smooth even though it is just a preliminary and it will not carry the marks for selection.

The average attempt varied from 135-150.
