I. Is there any sectional cut-off in IBPS RRB OS-I Mains 2017?
Answer: Yes According IBPS Handout – Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test
of Online Main examination to be considered to be shortlisted for interview
.
II. What will be the ratio of Candidate Selection in IBPS RRB OS-I
Mains 2017?
Answer: 3 times the state vacancies. According to the handout: Depending on the number of vacancies
available, adequate number of candidates in each category not exceeding three
times of the declared vacancies in each state shall be called for interview,
subject to availability
.
III. Can I choose Hindi Language instead of English Language in IBPS
RRB OS-I Mains 2017?
Answer: Yes. A candidate can opt only either English or Hindi.
IV. If I choose Hindi instead of English will Hindi be difficult in
IBPS RRB OS-I Mains 2017?
Answer: Remember it is a PO Level Mains Exam. It is expected to be
difficult.
V. Are there any negative marking in IBPS RRB OS-I Mains 2017?
Answer: There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the
Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by
the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be
deducted as penalty to arrive to corrected score. If a question is left blank,
i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that
question.
