IBPS PO Interview Experience 2019: Dear Friends, Here we have given the Interview Experience of IBPS PO 2019. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has conducted IBPS PO Interview for the year 2019-20. Many of our candidates has attended the interview successfully, here we have given the Interview Experience for the same.

Qualification: B.E (Civil Engineering)
Interview Held on: 31.01.2020 @ 1pm
Venue: IOB Central Office, Chennai
Interview Panel: Panel 1
Started Interview at 2 pm after the Document Verification Process. I am the 16th Candidate in my Panel among 25 candidates. It took around 10-12 mins for each Candidate.
At 4.30pm my turn Came, I entered with permission and Greeted every panel members and Waited for their permission to take my seat.
M1: Introduce Yourself
Me: I Introduced myself( I Described my educational qualification, family background, my hobbies)
F1: What are your Strengths and Weakness?
Me: I told some of my strengths and weakness which should not affect our profession.
M2: Why Banking after Engineering?
Me: I gave the Reason for which I opted Banking (Answer Genuinely)
M3: What have you come prepared in banking?
Me: I tried to cover almost everything. You can ask and I will try to answer accordingly.
M4: What is the type of loan?
Me: I answered the types of loans like Home loans, Personal Loan, Agricultural Loan, Vehicle Loan, Corporate Loan
F1: What is the Difference Between Credit Card and Debit Card?
Me: Debit Card is the one in which we spend our own money. A credit card is borrowing from a bank or financial institution. The debit card is reflected in the monthly statement of bank accounts. The credit card should be repaid within the grace period.
F1: What is the free withdrawal limit for a debit card?
Me: It varies from bank to bank. It might be 5 or 3 transactions
M2: What do you know about MUDRA?
Me: I started with the Acronym and answered the types of MUDRA
M4: Under What criteria Agricultural Loan is provided?
Me: Agricultural loan is given under Priority Sector lending.
M4: What is the percentage for Agricultural loans under PSL?
Me: I answered it is around 11-18%.
M1: What are Money market Instruments?
Me: Treasury Bills, Promissory note, Cash Management Bills
F1: What are the functions of RBI?
Me: 1) Bankers Bank
2) The central bank for all Public Sector banks
3) Banker to Government
4) Issuer of Currency
Overall Experience: It was a good experience and was satisfied with my performance.
