PNB has planned to increase vacancies of 626 officers in IBPS PO and 2257 clerks in ongoing IBPS Clerk recruitment. These are the additional vacancies in IBPS PO and Clerk on account of the Punjab National Bank; Recently Man power planning has given the conformation to add these additional vacancies in IBPS PO and Clerk recruitments. Surely this is good news for all IBPS PO and clerk candidates. The reason is these added vacancies are added in ongoing recruitment of IBPS PO and Clerk. From single bank itself, 626 vacancies are added in IBPS PO and 2257 vacancies in IBPS Clerk surely this going to be great opportunity to grab job in IBPS PO and Clerk recruitment.

The reason is the final result for IBPS Clerk and PO will be released in April 2020. So joining of selected candidates will be after April 2020. So the ongoing IBPS PO and Clerk recruitment vacancies are called for 2020 – 2021. The selection process was conducted one year before, so that the shortlisted candidates can join in April 2020 to March 2021. Usually the reserved list will be released on 31st March on every year. Candidates those who are in reserved list of previous recruitment selection will be cleared in March 31, 2020. That is non-joining candidates of previous recruitment.
Aspirants have to know about the difference between reserved list and added vacancies. The reserved list is the list of non-joining candidates in the last selection process. Those non-joining vacancies arecarrying forward to current selection. There is difference between reserved list and future vacancies. This time non-joining vacancies of 2018 was already to 2019 current vacancies but now PNB released the added vacancies this is fresh future vacancies. This may useful for candidates those who are in reserved list of current recruitment, they may have the chance to get job. But for other all candidates it depends on the individual banks, vacancies and city location.
