Current Affairs &
General Knowledge –

This test will have 30 questions
of 2 marks each. So, the questions are expected to be on the Moderate side. The
part General Knowledge is expected to have at least 4-5 Insurance Awareness
along with Stock GK which we have mentioned in the General Awareness Checklist
On the other hand, current affairs are expected from December 20, 2015 to
February 24th, 2016. The acquisitions, MoUs and recent appointments
are very important. Over the past few weeks, Banks have been very active in
tie-ups and new services, so make sure you read them nicely. Insurance awareness
is expected to have basic questions like headquarters, foundation years, common
and uncommon terms related to both general and life insurance. We have previous
provided the Insurance Terms PDF.
Reasoning Ability –
Reasoning will have 30 questions
carrying 3 marks each. So it is clear that the level should be near of IBPS PO
V. Now, Puzzles, Input-Output, Seating Arrangements and Coding-Decoding are
expected to be on the higher side while you might find common questions like
direction test, blood relation test and other miscellaneous topics easier than
others.
Reasoning can take a lot of time.
Since you will have only 120 minutes to solve them, you need to focus on a
proper time management strategy of yourself.
Speedy but focused candidates
will definitely have an upper hand.
Quantitative Aptitude
Quantitative Aptitude has similar
marks and number of questions like Reasoning. So it is expected that
Quantitative Aptitude will be moderate to tough in the exam. Data
Interpretations(1-2), Simplifications and Approximations can take a lot of time
in Quantitative Aptitude, so make sure you have prepare yourself.
Calculative questions are
expected and some of the Data Interpretation questions can be lengthy, so time
management will play a crucial role.
Interest, Time and Work, Distance
and Profit & Loss questions are expected to be of good standard in Quantitative
Aptitude.
Computer Knowledge –
Computer Knowledge will carry 2
marks for all the 30 questions. So expected standard of this test is moderate
level. Don’t expect it to be very easy neither very tough. Acronyms related to
Hardware, Network and Softwares are very important. Also common questions
related to the mentioned are also important. In short, prepare like IBPS PO V.
English Language –
40 questions but marks won’t be
counted, yet if you fail to qualify, you are not going to be selected. So take
it seriously. Expect moderate quality of Sentence Rearrangements, Sentence
Improvements, Sentence Correction, Cloze Test and expect moderately lengthy
Comprehension.
Bottom-line
Time management will be playing
the role of Virat Kohli for your exam. Which means, you must maintain a proper
time management strategy in order to attempt good.
Safe attempts cannot be assumed,
so thinking about them is a waste of time.
If you are having exam on 5th,
no need to read Rail/Union Budget thoroughly, if you are worried, you can just
read it at a glance. But we expect they will not appear in the 5th.
All the best. Have faith in
yourself, You can and you will.
May the Force be with you. J
