Interview Experience – IBPS RRB OS-I – Himachal Pradesh

Venue- hotel park view, mandi, Himachal Pradesh

Panel -1

Time- 01:00 pm

I reach the venue very early as it was long 5 hour journey
from my house . they called us at 12:30 and handed us a blank paper and ask us to
write in local language. I was 2 in the list. The document verification went
good every document required is there and they called 5 of us to sit on a couch
and then suddenly they called the first interviewer I wish god luck to him and
after 1-2 minutes they send him out because he has filled the form wrong and
called me inside. I was nervous they offered me seat and they all are very busy
among themselves I wished good afternoon to them they all started looking towards
me then the first questions came was introduce yourself in English I did so
then he asked u r science graduate and have good flow in English then why u
have applied for Hindi language only i went blanked as what they want from me
he said its okk then

first member start rapid fire round on banking the most
dangerous start rapid fire round on banking the most dangerous one managed to answer
some but he doesn’t looked satisfied then they ask some basic questions like

why do we hire u ?

why banking?

then team work?

i explain them all and then from my field

i managed to answer to them then he asked do you about
himachal pradesh i said yes then he say btao kuch i start saying about dharamshala
he stopped me said history btao state ki then 2-3 cross questions then another
panel member said tell me about ncc as I was ncc cadet I explained him and he
ask how many camps u have attained and about army cantt area near by your home
town he asked some weird question about cantt area in hindi which I couldn’t
manage to answer

then last question they asked was do you know mutual fund I
know but couldn’t recall at that time and said sorry they said thanks to me but
I forgot to close the door and then closed it after coming out of the room

That’s all my first interview wo bhi po ka i m glad as I
have done graduation this year so thanks friends.
