IBPS RRB OS-I Mains Exam – Strategy

Hello and welcome to exampundit . Here is the strategy shared by Ketan Thakur for IBPS RRB Officer Scale – I Mains Exam 2016.

Important point to be noted is I have not given any mocks this time. Its based on what I feel what would be good strategy..

This is the order in which I would attempt RRB OS 1 Mains

1. General Awareness – 10 mins
2. Computer – 10 mins
3. English – 20 mins
4. Reasoning – 40 mins
5. Quant – 40 mins

If you save few mins from GA & comp, that can be used to solve more questions in english.

Dont attempt puzzles first. I will most probably do quant and then return to solve puzzles in the time left.

Dont get into words problem of the topics you are not comfortable with.

Dont attempt reading comprehension if you havent done sufficient practice.

In short, avoid time wasting questions at the beginning of the paper. These can be done at the end if there is time left.

RRB paper has been comparatively easier than PO so try to attempt as much as possible to be in good position for final selection. Good luck!

The Power is in your hands. Be the Miracle.
