Exam Review – IBPS PO Prelims – 4th October, 2015



Hello and welcome to ExamPunditSo today was the 2nd day of IBPS PO Prelims 2015. Based on
the reviews received today the exam was more or less similar to yesterday’s.
However, the average attempts increased today.

Reasoning: Reasoning was
mostly Easy to Moderate for the majority of the aspirants.
Although the puzzles and seating arrangements were quite
confusing, the other questions were not so much problematic.
Syllogisms, Inequalities were easy to standard(few reviews).
Coding-Decoding, Blood Relation test problems were easy.
Quantitative Aptitude:
Quantitative Aptitude was mostly Moderate to Easy (as per a good number of
aspirants). The questions were not very tough neither very easy. Students who
have practiced found them doable.
Simplifications and Inequalities were reviewed as Easy to
Moderate. On the other hand, Data Interpretation was mostly Moderate. Problems
based on ages, time and work, profit and loss and other basic chapter were easy
to moderate.
English: The
reading comprehension of English was Difficult as per many aspirants. On the
other hand, the questions from Cloze Test and Sentence Rearrangements were
rated as “Moderate”. The fill in the blanks, vocabulary and error
corrections were mostly moderate to easy.
All over the exam was Moderate level but, with proper time
management and calmness, one can attempt a good number of questions. We have
witnessed that today.
The average attempt in all shifts varied between, 59-64
regardless of any category.
